MFS ClassesFATBURN - A class designed for everyone, catering for all fitness levels. These classes run for 20-30 minutes but you will keep burning 24 hours after doing them. All body weight exercise.
ABT - Standing for Abs, butts and thighs, This class is specially designed around targeting these 3 areas. Mixing from body weight to objects like dumbbells', bands etc Circuit - A group of exercises performed over and over again broken up into lower body and upper body workouts. BOXING - Box fit ranging from pad work to bag work to body weight exercises designed to mix up your sessions and have fun along the way HIIT - (High Intensity Interval Training) is short periods of intense exercise alternated with recovery periods to maximize your time in the class to get the best bang for buck out of the workout. CORE - Our core class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility. These classes run for around 30 minutes. |
